4. How to make a warranty claim
Email support@ghostwingofficial.com with:
- Your order number or other proof of purchase
- A short description of the issue

We’ll respond within one business day. If the claim is approved, we’ll send a prepaid US shipping label and choose one of the following remedies, at our discretion:

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo Global Enterprises LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product as described above. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to property, loss of use, loss of time, lost footage, or third-party claims arising from your operation of the aircraft. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
