1. Acceptance and who we are

The website and the GhostWing brand are operated by Apollo Global Enterprises LLC, a limited liability company with a principal address at 30 N Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Using the site, creating an account, or placing an order all count as acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to form a binding contract under United States law to place an order. We currently ship only within the United States. By submitting an order you represent that you meet these requirements and that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts and orders

You may place an order as a guest or with an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity on the account. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that violate these Terms, or that exceed reasonable household-use quantities.

4. Pricing and taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars. The current price of the GhostWing GW-1 is $199. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We try to keep prices accurate, but errors do occasionally happen — if we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before charging or shipping, and you can either confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the displayed amount, including any applicable taxes, to the payment method you select. We do not store full card numbers — see our privacy policy for details.

6. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping, returns, and warranty are governed by separate policies, which are part of these Terms by reference:

7. Aircraft operation, FAA compliance, and safety

The GhostWing GW-1 is a small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS). Its operation in United States airspace is regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration. You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when operating the aircraft, including (without limitation):

• FAA recreational rules (49 USC §44809) or Part 107 — whichever applies to your flight
• The Recreational UAS Safety Test (TRUST) for recreational flyers
• FAA aircraft registration where required
• Remote ID requirements where applicable
• Restrictions on flight over people, moving vehicles, and critical infrastructure
• Restrictions in controlled airspace, National Parks, military installations, and Temporary Flight Restrictions
• Local and state laws governing privacy, trespass, and drone operation

8. Product use and safety

To use the GhostWing GW-1 safely and within warranty:

• Read the quick-start guide and complete TRUST (or Part 107) before your first flight
• Do not fly over people, moving vehicles, or in adverse weather
• Do not fly in temperatures outside 32 °F – 104 °F (0 °C – 40 °C)
• Do not fly in rain, fog, snow, or over open water — the GW-1 is not waterproof
• Charge and store the lithium-polymer battery per the safety guidance on the FAA & safety page
• Maintain visual line of sight at all times
• Do not modify the aircraft, controller, or firmware in ways that affect safety or compliance

9. Intellectual property

The GhostWing name, logo, product designs, app, and all content on this site (including text, photography, and code) are owned by Apollo Global Enterprises LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the site content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

10. User content

If you send us photos, videos, reviews, or other content (for example, with a warranty claim or product review), you grant Apollo Global Enterprises LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content in connection with our products and marketing, with attribution where reasonable. You represent that the content is yours to share and does not violate anyone else’s rights — including privacy rights of people who appear in aerial footage.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, account, or system; (c) interfere with the operation of the site, including with bots, scrapers, or denial-of-service techniques; (d) submit false information, including stolen payment credentials; (e) resell our products outside of authorized channels; or (f) operate the aircraft in any way that violates FAA rules or applicable law.

12. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except for the express warranty set out in the limited warranty and any statutory rights you have as a consumer, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The GhostWing GW-1 is designed for recreational and light commercial aerial photography within the published operating range and within applicable FAA rules. Use outside that scope is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo Global Enterprises LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the site, or your use of the product is capped at the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of data, loss of footage, property damage, or third-party claims arising from your operation of the aircraft, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Apollo Global Enterprises LLC and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your operation of the aircraft, or your misuse of the site or product.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

16. Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@ghostwingofficial.com and give us thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot reach resolution, any dispute that cannot be brought in small-claims court will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in Sheridan County, Wyoming, under the consumer arbitration rules of a recognized arbitration provider. The arbitrator may award the same relief that a court could award on an individual basis.

You and Apollo Global Enterprises LLC agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from filing a claim in small-claims court for any matter that qualifies, or from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual-property rights.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and Apollo Global Enterprises LLC regarding your use of the site and any purchase you make through it.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision is acceptance of the updated Terms.
